Connecticut native Kelly is the whimsical artist behind Etsy shop KellysGallery. She's "done the craft fair circuit for over 15 years and (has) pretty much tried everything from candle making, jewelry, face painting, crocheting, and sewing." Aside from Etsy she has raised six wonderful children and refers to them as her "therapy."
Kelly is compelled to create. Her pieces range from beaded jewelry to paper sculptures she makes up as she goes along. She has only recently discovered Etsy, but feels "at home there among like minded artists. " Her work has even been successfully shown at several local galleries.
Kelly is disabled and no longer works, so Etsy has "helped tremendously in keeping (her) out of trouble." She enjoys sharing her creations with others, and hopes to make enough money to "keep (herself) in supplies and gas to get them." She advises her fellow Etsians to get involved. "Talk to other sellers and the admin. They have been so great! (There are so) many nice, friendly people here!" Please check out her shop: http://kellysgallery.etsy.com/
